Flying without fear
Sometimes we need someone completely external to our lives to speak with honestly and openly, without fear of judgement, criticism, or bias opinion. 

I offer a warm and non-judgmental counselling support service so you can explore and process your thoughts, emotions, and challenges in your own way. 

Sessions can be face-to-face in my therapy room, or alternatively we can meet remotely via zoom, or by telephone; I also offer walk and talk support. Whatever way you choose to access counselling with me, you will be valued and respected. 

All counselling sessions are 50 minutes long and can be short or long-term depending on your need.
