The illnesses directly linked to smoking include throat, cervical and stomach cancers, heart disease and strokes to name a few.
For those people who don't smoke, and those of us who have stopped, it could be easy to say "Well why don't they just quit?" It is astonishing to think if you smoke a pack a day, you could save between £3000 and £4500 a year if you stop. But many smokers will tell you that "It is not as easy as that, I have tried everything."

First session
This is to explore what drives you to keep smoking, why you haven't been able to quit so far, what are your secondary benefits are for smoking, and to look at who you want to be when you stop. You will receive a short hypnotherapy session to motivate you to stop, in preparation for your important next visit and be given an Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) technique to practice to relieve any cravings.
Second Session
This is your tailored hypnotherapy programme using both hypnotherapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques, to embed deeply into your subconscious mind, that you have become a non-smoker. You will be given an MP3 recording to listen to over the next few weeks.
Additional Session (Combination Programme)
Stopping smoking through hypnotherapy is one of the most amazing things you can do. In my experience, the longer you have smoked, the more support you may need. So, the third session can be used prior to starting the programme towork through emotional triggers, or afterwards if you have a special event coming up and would like a 'motivational top-up', or if you find that emotions that you have been supressing whilst smoking, have risen to the surface and you would like support. We will discuss your needs before the session and I will tailor a NLP, hypnotherapy or Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) session especially for you.
